Staying on top of social trends requires a real dork.
I am that dork.
Hi! I’m Joe Federer, the creator of Memer’s Digest. I spent years building social strategy and creative teams in large agencies, then at Reddit.
Staying current on Internet culture is one of the toughest problems my teams faced. Newsletters sit in inboxes. Social listening tools feel clunky. My teams craved a quick, engaging way to understand and anticipate major moments in Internet culture.
In my book The Hidden Psychology of Social Networks, I detailed my experience building best practice-defining campaigns for the major social platforms and established a framework for how content flows through the Internet. Now, I’m taking my analysis live with Memer’s Digest.
“Without Federer’s keen insights and thoughtful analysis, you are destined to become an irrelevant, almost clownlike figure in your profession, honking your rubber nose and clanging your marketing cowbell to an increasingly disinterested audience.
Buy this book or die a joke.”
-Jason Kreher, Creative Director at Wieden + Kennedy
